In House Dates/Times

Happy Tuesday, USAG Girls Levels 2-5 Families! 🙂
We have set our date for our In House competition, and they are as follows:
  • Levels 2 & 3 – Thursday, August 22nd at 4:45pm
    • There will be no practice for Levels 2 or 3 on Friday, August 23rd.
  • Levels 4 & 5 – Friday, August 23rd at 4:45pm
    • There will be no practice for Levels 4 or 5 on Thursday, August 22nd.
If you would like to stay and watch the meet, you are welcome to observe from the parent room. Just remember that we have limited parking, and our neighbors will tow before 6pm! You can park at the Bank of America or Thornebrook Village.

Finalized USAG Girls Level 2-5 Expenses

Good evening USAG Girls Level 2-5 Families!
Now that the USAG Compulsory (Level 2-5) schedule is completed and has been sent out, we have finalized your competitive expenses. 
  • Levels 2, 4 and 5 will cost $900 for the season. Therefore, you will have six competitive payments of $150 from July through December.
  • Level 3s will cost $1050 for the season. Your competitive payments will be $175 per month, July through December. Since we finalized expenses after you were already billed your first payment, we will bill the extra $25 that should have been added on this month, with your second competitive payment. Therefore, your account will show payment 1 = $150, payment 2 = $200 and 3-6 will be $175.
Once the season is over, I will go through the expenses and calculate what the season actually cost. If your athlete’s level stayed under budget, we will credit your accounts the difference. I will keep you all informed before State meets where we stand with the budget.

2019 Compulsory Meet Schedule

Good morning, Compulsory Families!


Attached you will find the 2019 Compulsory competition schedule, and host hotel information. This is also posted in the Facebook Group, and was emailed out to you all.




You are not required to stay at the hotels listed, or stay in a hotel at all. However, sessions can begin as early as 8am and run as late as 8pm. What I recommend doing is booking hotels for Friday and Saturday nights, and then canceling as necessary when the time your athlete is competing is released. Most hotels allow free cancellations up to 48 or 72 hours prior to your planned stay, but make sure when booking that you pick a cancel-able room and you have it in writing from the hotel. Keep track of your cancellation date/time as well.


We will receive schedules about two weeks prior to the competition, and will release it to you as soon as possible.


I will be hosting a Parent meeting before school starts to go over any questions you all may have about season, as well as give some do’s and don’ts for the season. Once I set this date, I will let you all know! Please plan on attending if you can be there.

Good morning Team Camp Families!


Attached you will find a document with some important information regarding camp. The document also contains our lunch flyer.

If you are planning on buying lunch from our caterer for your athlete, please fill out the form attached. Either return it to the desk or email it to, by June 14th at 4pm. Lunches are $10 a day.

  • All full day campers must bring a towel to sit on during lunch
  • If you are not purchasing lunch, please make sure to pack your athlete a lunch and snack!

2019 USAG TNT State Schedule

Good afternoon Tramp & Tumble Parents!
Attached you will find the schedule for the 2019 USAG State Competition. The competition is being held at the Estero Recreational Center. The address is 9200 Corkscrew Palms Blvd., Estero, FL 33928.
Please remember to bring cash for parking and door fees! The door fees are as follows:
– $12.00 Adults
– $8.00 children 6-17
– Children 5 & under are free

2019 Leprechaun Classic

Good afternoon Xcel Parents!

If your athlete is NOT competing USAG, you can ignore this email.

I just received the schedule for the 2019 Leprechaun Classic meet in Lake Mary next weekend, March 9th. This meet is only Saturday, so if you need to adjust your hotel, feel free to do so based on this schedule 🙂


Please pay extra attention to the location of your athlete’s meet! This meet is another very large USAG competition and there are two meet locations – Lyman High School and Lake Mary high school. Thankfully, the two are very close to each other.

Entry fees are as follows. Please remember to bring cash for entry fees!!

Adult (13+) – $12

Student (5-12) – $7

Child under 5 – Free


The schedule has the addresses listed for what venue each group is at. The coaches will have to drive back and forth to the venues, so please don’t worry if they are running into the venue right when stretch is starting. They will get to the next group as quickly as they can!

2019 Pink Invite – Xcel Schedule

Good afternoon AAU/Xcel Parents!

Attached you will find the schedule for the USAG Savannah Pink Invite on March 1-3rd. Please make sure you pay close attention to what location your athlete is competing in! There are two separate locations for this meet since the event has so many athletes competing. I have listed on the schedule what time your athlete starts stretch, and what location they will be competing in.

2019 Pink Invitational Schedule

Please make sure to bring cash for gate fees and parking. There is currently no parking fee listed, but it’s best to be prepared for one.

1 Day Pass:
$ 15 PER ADULT / $ 10 PER CHILD 4-12 YEARS

2 Day Pass:
$ 25 PER ADULT / $ 18 PER CHILD as above

Weekend Pass:
$ 30 PER ADULT / $ 24 PER CHILD as above


Please make sure to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early to your scheduled stretch time. As always let me know if you have any questions, and I wish your athletes the best of luck!


Team Camp 2019

Good afternoon Team Parents!


Attached you will find the flyer for our annual USAG Team Camp! Registration is now open, and the form to register is attached as well. Camp is for all of our XCEL athletes, and USAG Girls and Boys athletes. Developmental attends a half day camp (8:30-12pm), and everyone else is full day (8:30 – 6pm).

TEAM CAMP 2019 Registration & Flyer

Spots will be limited this year, so this is first come first serve. If we fill up before the registration deadline, we will close registration early. So, act fast! Another bonus is that you save 10% on camp if you are paid in full by May 10th.


As a reminder, our team manual states that all team members are expected to attend our team camp if one is held. Also, during the week of Team Camp there are NO regularly scheduled practice times. There will be no prorations for team workout being cancelled the week of June 24th.


Camp will begin Monday, June 24th at 8:30am and end Wednesday June 26th at 6pm with our annual skills show! A full schedule will be sent out to those that register. We will be doing our annual Blue Springs trip with a BBQ dinner, and already have guest coaches lined up! We look forward to seeing you at camp.
