Team Summer Schedule 2019

Dear Sun Country Team Parents,

This email has a lot of important information. . . Please read it in its entirety!

Team Schedule Summer 2019

  1. Your athlete’s Summer practice schedule is attached and will begin Monday, June 3rd.

  1. Please check sheet three to confirm your tuition for the summer. These rates will become effective in the June billing cycle which occurs on May 25th.

  1. For the safety of your athletes it is extremely important that they be dropped off and picked up on time. Athletes should not be dropped off any more than 15 minutes prior to practice and should be picked up as soon as their practice time ends.

  1. USAG Girls Parents: We will be moving some athletes from the Level 4/5 Group into Optional Group 1 (Level 6) for the Summer. We will also be moving some athletes from the Level 2 group into the Level 3/4/5 Group for Summer. The coaches will be carefully assessing the progress and readiness of the athletes in those two groups during the month of April. We will have official move ups ready to announce by May to allow as much time as we can for families to accommodate any schedule changes.

Athletes in Optional Group 2 will have a 15 minute snack break from 12-12:15 each day. They will have an extra hour of training from 12:15-1:15 each day. These “extra hours” will include additional dance training, bars training, Barre/Yoga, and team building/goal setting activities.

  1. Our end of the year athlete celebrations will be held Thursday, May 23rd at 6pm. More information will be coming from the Booster Club about this event. Please save the date!

  1. Please don’t forget to sign up for Team Camp before the Early Bird Deadline on May 10th in order to receive your best discount! The following coaches are confirmed for Team Camp this year: Nelena Beck (Brevet Judge), Nikki Spinelli (Level 10 Judge), Rachel Slocum, Alex McMurtry and Amelia Hundley!

All parents, please feel free to contact your child’s coach at any time with any questions.

Go Team Sun Country!
